1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "mpoo7," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the online gaming platform operated under the domain mpoo7.cam and its affiliated entities.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the mpoo7 platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a Player upon successful registration with mpoo7.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products, betting markets, casino games, lottery draws, and related services offered on the mpoo7 platform.
• "Deposit" refers to funds transferred by a Player from their personal bank account or e-wallet into their mpoo7 Account for the purpose of wagering.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the transfer of funds from a Player's mpoo7 Account balance to their registered bank account or e-wallet.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to an amount of money staked by a Player on a particular gaming outcome or event.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional funds or free spins credited to a Player's Account, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds or winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

2. Acceptance of Terms

• Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from entering into contractual obligations.
• Geographic Location: You are accessing mpoo7 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by local law. You acknowledge that Indonesia's legal framework regarding online gambling is complex and that you are solely responsible for ensuring your compliance with applicable local laws.
• Single Account: You do not already have an existing Account with mpoo7. Each Player is permitted only one Account. Creation of duplicate accounts may result in immediate suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Personal Use Only: You are registering for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party, organization, or entity.
• Financial Capacity: You are gambling with your own funds and not with funds belonging to others or obtained through illegal means.
• No Affiliation: You are not an employee, consultant, or affiliate of mpoo7 or any of its service providers, game studios, or related entities.

mpoo7 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is complete.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To use mpoo7 Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must also create a secure password and may be required to answer security questions.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

mpoo7 is required by international gaming regulations to verify the identity of all Players through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You must upload clear copies of government-issued identification documents (Indonesian KTP or passport) and may be required to provide proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. First-time withdrawals and large transactions will trigger additional verification requirements.

4.3 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used for other websites
• Enable two-factor authentication when available
• Never share your username, password, or security questions with any third party
• Log out of your Account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices
• Immediately notify mpoo7 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether authorized by you or not. mpoo7 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

mpoo7 accepts deposits via Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit. Deposits are processed instantly and credited to your Account balance within seconds. mpoo7 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100,000
• Processing Time: Verified accounts: 5-30 minutes for bank transfers during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB), 5-15 minutes for e-wallets 24/7. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours for security verification.
• Verification Requirement: Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Same Method Rule: Withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet from which you deposited, unless otherwise approved by mpoo7 for security reasons.
• Wagering Requirement: All deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations.
• Bonus Funds: Active bonuses and their associated wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before withdrawal of real-money balances.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

mpoo7 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to request additional documentation for large or suspicious transactions and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by law.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

mpoo7 offers various bonuses and promotions to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are displayed on the relevant promotion page and must be read carefully before participation. General bonus terms include:

• Eligibility: Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification and made a qualifying deposit.
• One Bonus Per Player: Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus will forfeit any active bonus unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and winnings from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (typically 20x to 40x the bonus amount) before withdrawal. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots 100%, live casino 10%, sports betting 10%.
• Maximum Bet Limit: While wagering a bonus, the maximum bet per spin or per wager is typically Rp 50,000. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be wagered within the specified validity period (typically 7 to 30 days). Unused bonuses and incomplete wagering requirements expire after this period.
• Withdrawal Restrictions: Withdrawing funds before completing wagering requirements will forfeit the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: mpoo7 reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings, and close Accounts if bonus abuse is detected, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, colluding with other Players, betting on all outcomes of an event to guarantee wagering progress, or exploiting software errors.

mpoo7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on mpoo7 are final and cannot be canceled, amended, or voided after confirmation, except in cases of obvious error (e.g., incorrect odds display, technical malfunction). In the event of a technical malfunction or error that affects game outcome or odds, mpoo7 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant sports governing body. If a match is postponed or canceled, bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless the match is rescheduled within 48 hours. Settlement of disputed results will follow the official decision of the governing body, even if later overturned.

7.3 Casino and Slot Rules

All casino games and slots use certified random number generators (RNGs) tested by independent laboratories. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game. Game rules and paytables are available within each game interface. Disconnections during gameplay: if a game round is interrupted due to connection loss, the game result is still determined by the RNG and will be reflected in your Account once you reconnect.

7.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of bots, scripts, or any automated tools to place bets or play games
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage

• Arbitrage betting or betting on all possible outcomes to guarantee profit
• Using VPN or proxy services to disguise your geographic location
• Sharing your Account credentials or allowing others to use your Account
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior toward other Players or staff
• Fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment methods or false identity documents

8. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your Account settings.

9. Limitations of Liability

• In no event shall mpoo7's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds deposited into your Account during the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to liability.
• mpoo7 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain Account security, use of weak passwords, sharing of credentials, or unauthorized access by third parties.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which liability is based, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other theory.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by mpoo7

mpoo7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have:

• Breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• Failed to respond to verification requests within the specified timeframe
• Been identified as a self-excluded or problem gambler attempting to circumvent restrictions

10.2 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon Account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Unclaimed balances may be subject to inactivity fees after 12 months of Account inactivity.

10.3 Effects of Termination

Upon Account termination, all pending bets will be settled and all bonuses will be forfeited. If termination results from breach of terms, mpoo7 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance as compensation for damages.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao, the jurisdiction in which mpoo7 holds its gaming license. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of mpoo7 Services shall be resolved through the following procedure:

• Step 1 – Customer Support: First, attempt to resolve the issue by contacting mpoo7 customer support via live chat, email, or WhatsApp. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.
• Step 2 – Formal Complaint: If the issue cannot be resolved through customer support, you may submit a formal written complaint to our compliance team. We will investigate and respond within 14 business days.
• Step 3 – Alternative Dispute Resolution: If the formal complaint process does not result in a satisfactory resolution, the dispute may be referred to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service approved by our licensing authority.
• Step 4 – Arbitration: Any dispute not resolved through ADR shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of Curacao.

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against mpoo7.
